These stuffed mushrooms are DELICIOUS!! We always seem to have more stuffing than mushrooms so we put the extra in the freezer and make them again another day.
- lobster meat
- 1 can of crab meat
- 3/4 c. dry stuffing (I use stove top)
- 4 T butter- melted
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of mushrooms
Cook 1-2 lobster tails (I steam them) then separate & chop up the meat. Mix all the other ingredients together saving half of the cheese aside.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.
Make sure when you are preparing your mushrooms that you don't put them in water- that will make them gummy. Just break off the stem and use a damp paper towel to wipe them clean.
