For a easy breakfast muffin this recipe can’t be beat. After making these I realized it would be perfect to have with Bechemel sauce on top- kind of a biscuits & gravy where the sausage is in the biscuit rather than the gravy.

- 2 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 c. Thrive Life sausage crumbles
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. cheese
- 1 c. milk
Mix all together, spoon into a muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they start to get golden.
