This chicken salad is best served inside a croissant. It’s perfect for picnics or traveling too! You can adjust some of the ingredients to include things you like such as grapes. Also, I’ve shredded the chicken instead of cutting it into chunks when I wanted to serve it with crackers instead of inside a sandwich.
- 2 chicken breasts- boiled and chopped up
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 2 t. garlic salt
- 2 t. onion powder
- 2 stalks of celery- chopped
- 3 green onions- chopped
- 1 apple- chopped
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Scoop into a croissant and enjoy!
You can also add grapes sliced in half. Add or minus mayo to your desired consistency. I have also added different seasonings such as seasoned salt, Red Robin seasoning, etc.
