This was one of the Thrive Life freeze dried truffle recipes I created for something different this year. The results were phenomenal! These truffles had the most amazing fresh flavor of any I’ve ever made as a result of using freeze dried ingredients.

- 2 c. freeze dried blueberries- blended to a powder
- 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 T butter
- 2 packages white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
Cook the heavy whipping cream and butter together until the butter is melted and the cream has got to a boil. Remove from heat and add blueberries.
In a glass bowl place both packages of white chocolate chips. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time then stir between until all the chips have melted.
Add to blueberry mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Roll the blueberry mixture into balls then roll the balls in the powdered sugar. Enjoy!
