Talk about a easy dump it and forget it dinner! This meal takes just minutes to put all the ingredients into the Ninja Foodi and walk away, then 30 minutes later you have an amazing meal to serve over rice. Just another reason I love my Ninja Foodi!

Here’s a short video of the recipe- seriously, it’s next to impossible to mess this recipe up:
- 2 lbs frozen chicken tenders
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 bag of pineapple
- 1 c. water
- 2 T of cornstarch in 1/4 c. water
Add all ingredients except the cornstarch into the ninja foodi. Pressure cook for 25 minutes. Add cornstarch and cook until thickens then serve over rice.
You can use canned pineapple with the juice instead of the frozen pineapple & water.
