This was one of the Thrive Life freeze dried truffle recipes I created for something different this year. The results were phenomenal! These truffles had the most amazing fresh flavor of any I’ve ever made as a result of using freeze dried ingredients.

Blueberries & Cream Truffles

  • 2 c. freeze dried blueberries- blended to a powder
  • 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 packages white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar


Cook the heavy whipping cream and butter together until the butter is melted and the cream has got to a boil.  Remove from heat and add blueberries.

In a glass bowl place both packages of white chocolate chips.  Microwave for 30 seconds at a time then stir between until all the chips have melted.

Add to blueberry mixture and mix well.  Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Roll the blueberry mixture into balls then roll the balls in the powdered sugar.  Enjoy!
