If you like crab salad but don’t always know if you can trust the one from the store here’s your solution. There’s no need to buy it when you can make it and have it taste just as good if not better.

The secret to making this crab salad the most amazing is to blend everything together in a food processor.

For this recipe I used Thrive Life celery & green onions. I’ve also made it with fresh ones, but wanted to try something new. *side note- I LOVE having Thrive Life freeze dried celery & green onions on hand for impulsive recipes like this!

Crab Salad

  • 1 package of crab meat
  • 1 stalk of celery cut into chunks (or 1/2 c. Thrive Life celery)
  • 3 green onions- cut up (or 3 T Thrive Life green onions)
  • 1 1/2-2 c Mayo- this amount depends on personal preference


Place everything except mayo in a food processor and turn on until they are all chopped as small as you want them.  Then add mayo and pulse the food processor until it's all mixed together.

Serve with Club crackers.
