PUMPKIN BREAD

by A to Z for Moms Like Me

This is my moms pumpkin bread recipe. She used to make mini pumpkin bread loaves for all the fathers in our ward on Father’s Day each year.

You can add nuts, chocolate chips, or leave them plain.

One thing to remember is this recipe WILL STICK to you pans! Be sure to grease AND flour your pans really well.

Enjoy!

This seems like to little spice and leavening for such a large amount of bread. Are you sure it shouldn’t be Tablespoons instead of teaspoons

You can always add more, but between the cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg individually there’s plenty. You could add “Pumpkin Pie Spice” instead- 1 or 2 tablespoons if so.
