Not only does RUVI make pasta dough into some beautiful colors, it also adds servings of fruits & vegetables. Because of this, it’s the perfect way to hide the health and nutrition in a form your kids will eat.

In this video I used 3 of the many different ways and varying ingredients to make the dough’s, watch the video to learn the differences and my thoughts on them.

Watch the video below to learn how to make these dough’s.

For all dough's- mix wet and dry ingredients until you can form a large ball adding more flour or water as needed.

Kneed for 5-10 minutes.

Coat in olive oil and wrap in plastic.  Set in the fridge to rest for at least 30 minutes.  Roll out and make into the desired shape of pasta.

Freeze or dry or cook fresh. (fresh it only takes about 2 minutes in boiling water to cook)
