This week’s Thrive Thursday recipe is Shrimp, Corn & Bacon Chowder.
For a quick and comforting dinner, this soup is perfect for cold winter nights.

- 6 T butter
- 1/4 c Thrive Life onion slices
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1/2 c bacon crumbles
- 6 c water
- 1 T Thrive Life chicken bouillon
- 7 T Thrive Life béchamel sauce powder
- 2 c Thrive Life shrimp
- 1 c corn
- 1/2 c. Thrive Life shredded cheese
- 1 T Thrive Life Chef's Choice seasoning
- 1 t garlic, salt & pepper seasoning
Melt the butter and caramelize the onion, bacon, and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
