SPINACH SAUSAGE TORTELLINI

by A to Z for Moms Like Me

This recipe was one of those random “I wonder how this would work” type of inventions. It turned out AMAZING! My family all loved it and quickly scarfed it down.

The cool thing about this recipe is it’s easy to have all the ingredients on hand in the freezer. This will probably be one of our family’s go to staple meals from now on.

Enjoy!

  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes

Cook the sausage until is browned, then add the spinach & tomatoes and cook for a minute, then add spaghetti sauce and tortellini.  Cook until the tortellini is done.
