Everyone has heard of chicken fingers, now try these steak fingers! Like their chicken counter part, these are cut up into thin strips to make it easy to dip & eat them. However, instead of the traditional deep frying, these steak fingers have been air fried in the Ninja Foodi.

Dip these in a little A1 sauce or ketchup to have a nice beef version of a chicken nugget. They take only a few minutes to make. As a result, we were able to cook some up in 2 batches to feed a group without much interruption of serving everyone.

  • Beef steak or roast cut up into strips
  • 1 c. flour
  • Seasonings of choice: we used garlic, salt, & pepper

Place flour & seasonings in a gallon ziploc bag.  Add beef and shake to coat all well.

Layer in the Ninja Foodi (we used a rack so we had 2 layers) and cook on 400 degrees air fry for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with A1, ketchup or your favorite steak dip.
