Ingredients

  • 1 box of stuffing mix
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of green beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the cheese.  Spread out in a baking dish then top with cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees until casserole is warmed up and cheese is melted.

Notes

You can use different kinds of cream soup- cream of celery for example if you want to avoid the cream of chicken soup and make this a completely vegetarian meal. This meal also easily adjusts to make more to feed a large group.
