This recipe is so quick and easy. It’s the perfect meal to hit that craving for Asian food in less than 10 minutes. This recipe can be made with the pork and rice mixed together (like I did in the video) or by serving the pork over the rice.
If you cook the rice over the stove it will be much faster.
This recipe is perfect for camping/traveling and meal in a jar! Just combine the dry ingredients, then throw in a couple packets of soy sauce to add when you add the water.

- 1 cup Thrive Life White Rice
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life Pulled Pork
- 1 t. Thrive Life Garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- garnish with Thrive Life green onions
Combine the rice and water, cover and set aside.
Combine all other ingredients and cook. Once boiling cook for 4 minutes.
You can either combine the pork and rice and cook together (if the rice needs to cook more) or you can serve the pork on top of the rice.
This makes a great meal in a jar! Just combine all the dry ingredients, and add a couple packets of soy sauce (in the packet).
