For this weeks recipe I’ll show you a quick and easy pasta salad using Thrive Life ingredients. Seriously the longest thing about this salad is cooking the pasta!

Thrive Thursday Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of pasta (I used shells)
  • 1 c Thrive Life chopped chicken
  • 1 c. Thrive Life peas
  • 1/2 c. bacon crumbles
  • 2 T Thrive Life green onions
  • 1/2 c. Mayo
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. Thrive Life chef's choice seasoning
  • 1 t. Thrive Life garlic
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing

Instructions

Cook the pasta (with salt in the water) until it's about 2/3 of the way cooked, then add the chicken and peas.

Once the pasta is fully cooked strain the pasta, chicken & peas then add to all the other ingredients and mix well.

Serve warm or cold.
