This is a recipe I used for a pork roast we wanted to use for street tacos. This was an experimental seasoning and it turned out so good that all of my family had seconds (even our 4 year old) It was perfect in the street tacos too and everyone voted to make it a regular recipe we rotate in our menu. Try it out and see how your family likes it!
The key to making any roast super tender is to add something to break down the meat such as a soda, beer, or vinegar.

Enjoy!

Ingredients
- Pork roast
- 1 can of Sprite
- 3 T taco seasoning
- 1/3 c. sun dried tomato salad dressing (by the vinaigrettes)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours. You could also cook it in the instant pot if you want in less time.
Once the roast is cooked shred it with a fork and remove any bones. We served this in corn tortillas with cheese, salsa & sour cream as street tacos.
