Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Tuna- drained
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 3 green onions- sliced thin
  • 2 celery stalks- chopped small
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2-3 cucumbers- sliced

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except the cucumbers to make the tuna.  You can make the tuna to your own preference & taste.  Some people like garlic salt, some like mustard, there's no wrong way- it's however you like your tuna!

My grandma used to always cut the green onions and celery really small- that's a great way to get kids to eat them.  Adding a little bit of lemon juice takes the fishiness out of the tuna.

Serve with the cucumber slices to be used as chips.
