Ingredients

  • 1 cube (8T) butter- melted
  • 20 graham crackers
  • 1 c Thrive Life bananas
  • 1 large box of banana cream pudding mix
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 t vanilla

Instructions

Grind the graham crackers to a powder- but not too fine.  Pour the melted butter in with the crackers and mix together well.  Press graham crackers into the bottom of a pan (one with a lid for storage is best).

In a Ziploc bag smash the bananas into small chunks.  Then in a bowl mix the pudding mix and milk until they start to thicken then add the bananas.  Blend together then pour over the graham crackers and place into the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

Make the whipping cream by mixing together the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it becomes thick enough to form small peaks.  Spread the whipping cream over the banana mixture.

Enjoy!
