We wanted to try a new recipe for our dutch oven the other night and after looking through pinterest for some ideas we came up with this one. It’s really good! As a result of adding flour tortillas I thought it may be soggy. However, it surprised me! We’ll be making this recipe again. You should try it!
The only down side of this recipe for dutch oven is that the chicken is precooked. You cook and combine all the ingredients first. Then put them in the dutch oven is to warm up and melt the cheese. As such, it may not be the easiest recipe to make while camping unless you used freeze dried chicken or canned chicken. This would make a good casserole dish.
Enjoy!
