An easy version of dutch oven potatoes. The grocery store had my favorite cheddar hot dogs on sale so naturally I stocked up. And tonight this recipe just happened…… and it happened to be great!
Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 cheddar hot dogs, sliced
- 1 T. garlic, minced
- Cook until you get a good caramelization then add:
- 6-8 red potatoes, sliced
Instructions
Salt & pepper
mix well and add 1 cup of water
let cook, stirring occasionally and adding more water as needed until the potatoes are cooked through. Delish!!
