For this week’s Thrive Thursday I made Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo. This recipe is not only delicious, but it only took 13 minutes start to finish. That’s a quick dinner!

This recipe was made using the new Thrive Life Shrimp- I’m so excited to have a freeze dried seafood option for our food storage!

If you wanted to make this recipe out of more shelf stable/Thrive ingredients you could use: Butter powder, garlic, parmesan cheese, and instant milk all available from Thrive Life.

Ingredients

  • 1 cube butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 c. Thrive Life Shrimp
  • 1 3/4 c. Thrive Life Broccoli
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. parmesan cheese
  • Pasta of choice- cooked

Instructions

Start cooking the pasta while you make the sauce.

Melt the butter and cream cheese together with the garlic powder.

Add the shrimp & broccoli, then the milk and cheese.

Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens.  Add pre-cooked pasta. Enjoy!
