When making french bread pizzas the other night an idea hit me like lightening! They sell those mini bagel pizzas for after school snacks, I bet I could make some homemade!
In the words of Phenias and Ferb- Yes, yes I can. Occasionally we will buy the bag of mini bagels for a easy breakfast or snack so I had some on hand and since I was already making French bread pizza I also had all the pizza ingredients on hand. All I did was cut the bagels in half and spread the pizza sauce, cheese, and topping on top then bake it at 400 for about 10 minutes.
These give a chewy, dense crust to the pizza and is a perfect small size for the kids!
