Ingredients

  • 1 T butter
  • 1 c water
  • 5 heaping spoonfuls of Thrive Life scrambled egg powder
  • Omelet toppings of choice, I used:
  • Thrive Life green onions
  • Thrive Life tomato dices
  • Thrive Life sausage crumbles
  • Thrive Life shredded cheese
  • Thrive Life chive seasoning
  • bacon crumbles
  • 1 T sour cream
  • sliced swiss cheese
  • salt, garlic & pepper seasoning

Instructions

Melt the butter in a frying pan.  Combine the water and egg powder and stir until mixed together.  Pour into the pan with butter then add your desired omelet ingredients. Cook then flip one half on top of the other half.  Cook for a few more minutes then flip the entire omelet.
