This is the glaze I always use on my hands. It only needs to go on about the last hour in the oven before the ham is done. This glaze makes the most amazing soup with the ham bone afterwards!
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 T mustard
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2-1 c. water, apple juice, or apple cider vinegar
Mix all together, you can add more or use less of the liquid to get the right consistency.
Pour over your ham for the last hour of cooking.
*save the extra glaze in the pan for soup!
I used Cinnamon Pear vinegar for the liquid once and it was AMAZING!!
