We made this the other night when I realized neither my husband or one of my friends that was visiting had ever had fruit salsa & cinnamon chips! Inconceivable! Therefore, we had to make it.
Fruit Salsa is seriously one of the easiest things to make. There’s no hard set recipe. You throw whatever fruit you have together in a bowl after chopping it up small and add a scoop or two of jam or jelly. The result is a sweet, delicious, and healthy snack!
I’ve made this with all sorts of fruits- blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, apples, peaches, mango, kiwi, mandarin oranges, etc. Use whatever your favorites are!
The recipe below is what I put in this time. I used Thrive Life freeze dried raspberries & blueberries. Having freeze dried fruits on hand means you can always make fruit salsa! I love it!

For the chips, cut up the tortillas like a pizza making 8 wedges. Lay them out on a cookie sheet and spray with Pam spray. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top then bake the tortillas at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until they turn slightly golden. Serve & enjoy!
