This is THE BEST Quiche Lorraine recipe ever! In my family growing up it was a Christmas morning tradition to have quiche for breakfast. My mom had a pie dish that had the recipe on it, and although sadly the dish was broken years ago, we still make the recipe each year. It has become a tradition that I have kept as I’ve had my own kids.
I always make this with a store bought pie crust because making pie crusts is one of my least favorite things to make. I’ve also made them crustless and baked them in a muffin pan for min quiche’s- and if you’re doing keto this is a perfect recipe, just make it crustless!
Enjoy!
