Custard Bread Pudding

Custard Bread Pudding

When you have an abundance of bread- or some that’s starting to dry out or go stale, bread pudding is a great thing to make!

Also, if you have an abundance of eggs. (Thank you back yard chickens)

I like my bread pudding to have plenty of custard texture- this comes from the eggs, milk and sugar mixture. If you like yours more dry then you can reduce the liquid used.

I’ve made this using banana bread, pumpkin bread, and all kinds of regular bread from white to wheat- it always turns out amazing!

Enjoy!
