Another fun idea I’ve had pinned for a long time and finally made was what I call “ice tray Bites”. These are basically bite sized burgers and sandwiches, perfect appetizers for a party!
They may not look as pretty as the ones they were inspired by, but they for sure tasted amazing! We will be making these again in the future.

Ingredients
- Refrigerated Pizza dough
- Ground beef
- Dill Relish
- Cheese of choice
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Fry Sauce (ketchup & mayo)
- Bacon bits (optional)
- Chicken patties
- Provolone cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Fish fillets
- Tartar sauce (mayo, dill relish, & lemon juice)
- 2-3 eggs- beaten
Instructions
Cut the pizza dough to the size of your ice cube trays. Press the dough into each ice cube slot. Fill each slot with your desired fillings & sauces- ground beef etc. for burgers, chicken patties, fish fillets, etc. Layer another sheet of pizza dough on top. Flip the filled tray over on to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350*F for about 20 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown. Cut each segment apart and serve.
