Ingredients

  • 1 roll of store bough pizza dough
  • 2 c shredded cheese
  • 2 egg whites- beaten
  • Spinach Artichoke Dip:
  • 2 c artichoke hearts
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 bag of frozen spinach- cooked then strained
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise

Instructions

Prepare the spinach artichoke dip mix and set aside. Unroll the pizza dough.  Cut a triangle and reserve the 2 ends (these will combine to make another triangle the same size for the top. Spread the spinach artichoke dip on top of the pizza dough triangle then top with shredded cheese.  Place the other 2 triangles on top and pinch the middle seam together. Cut slices about 1" wide and going almost to the center of the triangle on both sides.  Take each strip (that's still attached in the middle) and twist it a few times. Wash the top of the tree down with beaten egg whites.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden.
